Location! Brisbane City Centre! Whole Apartment!

Underwhelmed on arrival. Dryer was full of linen left by cleaning staff I assume. Linen very scratchy Positive: The location was excellent Negative: It was not well advertised the apartment was privately owned so check in was nothing to do with the reception. It was assumed I had data on my phone to receive photographs showing where to go to get the keys (I did not). Arriving in the evening and walking down a street to a lock box to retrieve key by myself was awful. Advertised as having wifi but did not work, and the pool was closed.

Positive: The location. Close to the things We wanted to attend. Negative: It was advertised as having a sofa bed, but it didn't, pool and spa unavailable, garden view, but was city view and no internet. How it was advertised was incorrect.

Disappointed with the state of the apartment! Positive: Its location. Negative: It’s dated, lots of damage and decay. Missing towels, dirty curtains, dirty lights, broken chairs… it needs work!!

Positive: Location was great Negative: Hot tub was not hot enough and our balcony had too much noise from the other buildings
